Responsibilities

You'll work alongside me to embed the HRBP model deeper into a fully-remote scale-up, strengthen manager capability, support our move to a High Performance model, and pick up ER casework when escalated.You're category creators, and that means the standard playbooks often don't apply. You'll need to be comfortable working in the grey rather than waiting for a finished playbook.This isn't a fully-built function you're stepping into, it's one you'll help shape. Things move quickly here, a lot is still being figured out as we go.This is a great opportunity for a People Partner who's ready to bring strong partnering skills that drive immediate positive outcomes, balancing commercial priorities with the needs of our people.In pursuit of this you will ideally draw upon a blend of established and newer HRBP practice, applied to a purpose-led, fully-remote scale-up. A genuine interest in what we do is important too - we're looking for someone who'll always keep our members and their pets in mind!
