We are looking for an experienced Data Solutions Architect to join a high-impact healthcare transformation initiative with Ascension Health.This role will focus heavily on rearchitecting enterprise extracts services, building reusable extracts frameworks, and driving modern data architecture strategies across large-scale healthcare platforms.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Assess and modernize existing data architecture and platform componentsDesign scalable data ingestion, integration, storage, and retrieval frameworksDefine future-state architecture aligned with business goals, security, and cost optimizationBuild reusable extracts frameworks and integration patterns for batch, near real-time, and real-time processingLead HL7 to Target Data Model and FHIR mapping initiativesCollaborate with stakeholders, product teams, architects, and engineers to drive enterprise data strategyMentor junior architects and data engineers🔹 Required Skills & Experience:10+ years in Data Strategy, Architecture & Integration5+ years in Architect rolesStrong Healthcare domain experienceExpertise in GCP technologies – BigQuery, DataFlow, DataForm, Dataproc, CloudSQL, Spanner, etc.Strong ETL/ELT and enterprise-scale data processing experienceHands-on experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud architecture patternsExperience with HL7/FHIR integrations and reusable extracts framework designExposure to Microservices architecture and third-party integrations (Salesforce, APIs, Pub/Sub, etc.)Strong communication and stakeholder management skills🎓 Education:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Recent Healthcare Domain is Required
