Strider is #hiring and I'm looking for a #ProductManager for a United States #mortgage #techcompany that turns loan complexity into borrower clarity at scale. Their platform gives loan officers the tools to deliver personalized, transparent strategies that borrowers actually understand. They're growing fast.This isn't a "write tickets for engineering" role.You'll embed with CS, Sales, Finance, and Marketing, map broken workflows, and independently implement no-code and AI-powered solutions without waiting on an engineering team.You own the internal AI roadmap. You find where automation eliminates repetitive work. You make the whole org faster.Builder mindset required. No playbook. No large team behind you.What you'll work on:Surface operational pain points across every teamSource and implement no-code/low-code automation toolsDefine and own the internal AI roadmapTranslate business needs into solutions for product and engineeringBuild systems to scaleWhat we're looking for:4+ years in product management or business operationsHands-on with no-code/low-code platforms (Make, Zapier, AI workflows)Cross-functional communicator across Finance, Sales, CS, and MarketingSystems thinker.
