This role is responsible for coordinating calls, supporting technicians, handling inbound communication, and ensuring efficient scheduling and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound calls, emails, and requests professionally and efficientlySchedule and dispatch HVAC technicians based on urgency, location, and technician availabilityCommunicate appointment details and updatesMonitor technician schedules and adjust routes when necessaryCreate and update work orders in the dispatch systemFollow up regarding appointments, delays, and service completionSupport technicians with job information, communication, and documentationMaintain accurate records of service calls, interactions, and job statusEscalate urgent issues or concerns to management when neededAssist with administrative and operational tasks as requiredQualificationsPrevious experience in dispatching, customer support, call center, or HVAC/service industry preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage high call volumesProficiency with scheduling software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office/Google WorkspaceStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailProfessional attitudePreferred QualificationsExperience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service industriesFamiliarity with dispatching softwaresBilingual skills are a plus
