Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Duration: 6 plus month with possible extension
Location: Fully Remote (Florida)
Pay Range: $18- $20.00/HR
Bilingual (Spanish) mandatory
Prefer candidates in Florida
Call center experience needed
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for the daily activities across multiple service functions area. The Representative performs varied activities and moderately complex administrative/operational/customer support assignments.
Typically works on semi-routine assignments. The Customer Service Representative may perform installation, implementation, client support, client services, client administration, customer service, enrollment and eligibility, claims processing, and call center operations.
Required Qualifications 3 years of customer service experience, including typing/data entry Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Aptitude for quickly learning and navigating new technology, systems and applications
Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Word
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's Degree Previous healthcare experience
Previous inbound and/or outbound call center experience
