Lead workshops with factory users and business stakeholders to gather requirements. Document As-Is and define To-Be business processes. Translate business needs into clear SAP functional requirements. Act as the communication bridge between business teams, IT, and SAP consultants. Review and validate functional and technical specifications. Support process standardization across multiple factories. Prepare test scenarios and scripts; support UAT and defect resolution.
