Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery is looking for a new JR Recruiter to help conduct business in USAMetropolitan Warehouse & Delivery is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced HR Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is responsible for recruiting independent contractors and delivery drivers across the United States while supporting the hiring and onboarding process from start to finish.The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, recruitment experience, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment. This position plays a key role in helping us maintain our commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a 5-Star Delivery Experience.Position DetailsSalary: $900.00 USD / month + BonusWork Mode: 100% Remote (Work from home).Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM — 4:00 PM (Weekends Off)Key ResponsibilitiesRecruit independent contractors and furniture delivery drivers throughout the United States.Create, post, and manage job requisitions.Screen resumes, contractor profiles, websites, and reviews.Conduct initial phone interviews with candidates.Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on hiring status.Communicate relevant information throughout the recruitment and onboarding process.Maintain accurate and timely recruitment activity reports.Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring teams.Perform additional recruitment and administrative duties as assigned.Work effectively in a remote environment with limited supervision.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
