• Develop a robust sales process, from goal-setting to post-sales activities, that can be adopted by the entire sales team. Targets will include new client acquisitions, client retention, jobs poster per client. • Interact with clients at all levels across the fashion industry and business world, small brands as well as large enterprise clients • Manage a highly qualified sales team • Set and develop sales goals to achieve the revenue targets in the business plan • Maintain active engagement with new and existing leads through customized follow-up communications for each freelance category: models, photographers, stylists, hair and makeup artists, creative directors and more • Achieve monthly quotas of sourced, qualified opportunities and closed business
