Responsibilities

Role: ELD Team Lead — US Trucking Operations. Company: Spotter Labs. Location: Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Type: Full-time, In-office. Summary: - Bring your ELD expertise and help develop a strong team. - Spotter Labs is a growing US trucking technology company looking for an experienced ELD Team Lead to oversee our on-site team in Tashkent. - You will lead daily operations, monitor work quality, train specialists, and support professional communication with drivers and dispatch. Responsibilities: - Supervise the on-site ELD team, coordinate tasks, and monitor performance. - Train and coach specialists, providing practical guidance and regular feedback. - Review driver logs and oversee accurate, compliant ELD operations. - Resolve complex ELD issues. - Handle escalations, conflicts, and calls professionally. - Coordinate with dispatch on driver availability and compliant trip planning. - Identify operational risks and improve team workflows, shift handovers, and service quality. Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of hands-on ELD experience, with thorough knowledge of US Hours of Service (HOS) rules and ELD requirements. - At least 1 year of management experience. - IELTS score of 7.0 or higher. - Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional during difficult calls. - Availability to work full-time in our Tashkent office. Preferred Qualifications: - 5+ years of ELD experience. - 2+ years of management experience. - Experience with trip planning and working closely with dispatch teams. - Experience using AI tools to support work and improve processes. - Risk management experience. - Spanish language skills.
