Requirements and responsibilities

Lead configuration and functional design within Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service and/or Sales).Implement customizations (forms, views, tables, security roles).Design and automate business processes using BPFs, Business Rules, and Workflows.Develop backend extensions and business logic using .NET / C#.Build client-side customizations and integrations with JavaScript.Work hands-on with Power Platform (Model-Driven Apps & Power Automate).Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability, performance, and excellent user experience.Take on a solution leadership role, mentoring team members and helping define technical direction.
