Requirements and responsibilities

Key Responsibilities: - Test conversational AI flows, APIs, and front-end dashboards for correctness and usability. - Identify, reproduce, and document issues clearly using Jira, Notion, or Google Sheets. - Validate data, configurations, and model outputs during AI feature testing. - Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand and test new features. - Contribute to regression, integration, and smoke testing before releases. - Write and maintain test cases and checklists; support basic automation setup. Requirements: - Pursuing a Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, ECE, or related field. - Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills. - Familiarity with software testing concepts (manual or automation). Good to Have: - Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, Postman, Git, Jira, or Python. Learning Opportunities: - End-to-end testing of AI/ML-based applications. - Understanding conversational AI validation processes. - Real-world exposure to agile testing and QA automation tools.
