About the Role We are looking for a Senior Creative Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of our marketing output across multiple connected brands. You will act as the creative engine and a mini marketing director, producing high-quality content, leading brand direction, and managing a junior assistant based in the Philippines who handles posting, scheduling, and repetitive tasks. This role is suited for someone who is creative, autonomous, organized, strategic, a storyteller, a design thinker, and highly productive in bringing ideas to life. You will have full creative freedom and the ability to shape the visual and emotional identity of our multi-brand ecosystem. You Will Own and Lead Content Creation and Production * Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. * Instagram and Facebook carousels. * Highly aesthetic photos and graphics using Canva or Adobe. * Design-forward branded PDFs, including pitch decks, brochures, and guides. * Weekly newsletter layout and storytelling. * Seasonal and campaign-based creative. Brand Direction * Develop and maintain a cohesive visual identity across all brands. * Build and manage a consistent moodboard and brand kit. * Ensure all outputs feel premium, elevated, and on-brand. * Improve storytelling, voice, and emotional clarity. Campaigns and Strategy * Monthly content calendar creation. * Owner acquisition campaigns using email, video, and PDF formats. * Short-term rental booking campaigns driven by seasonality and local events. * Real estate and construction content strategies. * Hospitality and luxury lifestyle storytelling. * Build systems that can be repeated monthly. Leadership * Maintain a content library and tracking systems. * Present weekly performance summaries to the founder. Analytics and Optimization * Review top-performing content. * Suggest new strategies based on performance. * Optimize content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube. * Improve click-through rate, watch time, engagement, and consistency. Required Skills Creative Skills * Strong reel and TikTok editing skills. * Excellent eye for aesthetics and design. * Strong understanding of color, layout, composition, and storytelling. * Professional-level Canva skills, with Adobe experience considered a plus. * Ability to create luxury-coded branding assets. Strategy and Marketing Skills * Experience managing content calendars. * Ability to plan and execute monthly campaigns. * Experience with multi-brand marketing. * Strong written English. * Understanding of marketing psychology and guest behavior. Organizational Skills * Self-managed and highly organized. * Ability to run an entire department with minimal oversight. * Comfortable working with deadlines and weekly deliverables. * Able to project-manage junior team members.
