About Inspiratek Inspiratek is a U.S.-based e-commerce company generating $16M+ in annual revenue across Amazon, TikTok Shop, and direct-to-consumer channels. We own and operate a portfolio of 5 premium bedding brands sold primarily through Amazon US, with a rapidly growing TikTok Shop channel currently generating ~$2.5M annually. We are a data-driven, operationally disciplined team of 27+ people. Every decision we make is backed by metrics, every initiative has a clear owner and kill criteria, and every team member is expected to operate with autonomy and accountability. We are not a startup experimenting with TikTok. We are a profitable, scaling business that needs a proven operator to own and grow our TikTok Shop channel from $2.5M to $5M+ within 12 months. The Role You will be the single owner of TikTok Shop operations across our entire brand portfolio. This is not a content creation role or a virtual assistant position — this is a channel management role with full P&L responsibility. You will manage the affiliate/creator ecosystem, oversee GMV Max ad campaigns, coordinate product launches on TikTok, and drive profitable revenue growth. You report directly to the CEO. You will work cross-functionally with our Amazon operations team, creative/product development team, logistics team, and external agencies. You will be evaluated on revenue growth, profitability, creator activation rates, and content velocity — not activity metrics. What You Will Own 1. TikTok Shop Strategy & Revenue Growth • Develop and execute the TikTok Shop strategy across all brands (currently 5 bedding brands) • Own the channel P&L — you are responsible for GMV, ROAS, net margin, and CAC • Set monthly/quarterly revenue targets and build the execution plan to hit them • Identify and capitalize on TikTok trends, seasonal opportunities, and promotional events (e.g., Super Brand Day, Mega Sales) • Manage product catalog on TikTok Seller Center — listings, pricing, inventory coordination, promotions • Coordinate with Amazon ops to prevent cross-channel cannibalization and align launch timing 2. Creator & Affiliate Program Management • Build and scale a high-performing creator network (target: 200+ active creators within 6 months) • Recruit creators through Affiliate Center, manual outreach, and community building • Develop tiered commission structures that reward performance without destroying margin • Manage product sampling/seeding program — budget allocation, creator selection criteria, fulfillment coordination • Track creator activation rates (% of seeded creators who actually post) and implement re-engagement sequences • Build a creator community (Slack/Discord) with content calendars, best practices, and incentive programs • Coach creators on content optimization: hooks, CTAs, product demonstration, FTC compliance 3. GMV Max & Paid Advertising • Manage GMV Max campaigns with budgets of $500–$5,000+/day across multiple brands • Structure campaigns by product, objective, and creative type • Optimize for ROAS, not just GMV — every dollar spent must be justified by margin contribution • Identify and amplify top-performing organic creator content via Spark Ads • A/B test creative angles, hooks, and CTAs at scale • Know when to scale, when to pause, and when to kill — with data to support every decision 4. Performance Analytics & Reporting • Build and maintain weekly performance reports covering: GMV, orders, AOV, ROAS, CAC, creator posting frequency, content velocity, affiliate commission costs, net margin • Identify trends before they become problems — declining CVR, creator churn, rising CPA, content velocity drops • Calculate true profitability per product on TikTok (revenue minus COGS, commissions, ad spend, sampling costs, fulfillment, returns) • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership with clear trade-offs and financial impact 5. Cross-Functional Coordination • Align TikTok launches with Amazon product launches and inventory planning • Work with creative team on product photography, video assets, and listing content optimized for TikTok • Coordinate with logistics on TikTok-specific fulfillment (FBT, seller shipping, sample shipments) • Manage relationships with external agencies or freelancers supporting TikTok operations Requirements Must Have (Non-Negotiable) • 2–4+ years of direct TikTok Shop management experience as a seller (not just as a creator or agency) • Proven track record of managing $50K+/month in TikTok Shop GMV with documented results • Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center, Affiliate Center, and GMV Max campaign management • Demonstrated ability to recruit, manage, and scale a creator/affiliate network of 50+ active creators • Strong analytical skills — comfortable building reports, calculating margins, and making data-driven decisions • Experience managing GMV Max campaigns with budgets of $500+/day and achieving ROAS > 3.0x • Financial literacy — understand unit economics, contribution margin, break-even ROAS • Native or near-native English proficiency Strong Preference • Experience in home goods, bedding, lifestyle, or wellness categories on TikTok Shop • Experience managing multiple brands on TikTok simultaneously • Familiarity with TikTok Shop analytics tools (Kalodata, FastMoss, or similar) • Experience with product seeding/sampling programs at scale (100+ samples/month) • Understanding of Amazon operations (helpful for cross-channel coordination) • Experience with Live Shopping on TikTok Nice to Have • Experience with TikTok Shop API integrations • Content creation skills (CapCut, video editing) • Experience scaling a TikTok Shop channel from <$1M to $3M+ • Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms (CreatorIQ, GRIN, Modash) What This Role Is NOT This is NOT a virtual assistant role. You will not be doing data entry, order processing, or listing uploads as your primary function. This is NOT a content creator role. While content understanding is essential, you will manage creators — not be one. This is NOT a "learn TikTok Shop on the job" position. We need someone who has already managed a TikTok Shop successfully. This is NOT an agency account manager role. You will be embedded in our team, owning outcomes directly. If your TikTok Shop experience is limited to personal creator accounts, agency-side management, or less than 6 months of hands-on seller-side experience, this role is likely not the right fit.
