Real Estate VA – Cold Calls, CRM Chaos, and Actually Getting Stuff Done Most VAs say they're "detail-oriented" and "proactive." Then they ghost after two follow-ups, let the CRM turn into a graveyard, and need three reminders to update a single lead status. We're not looking for most VAs. Here's what your first 30 days actually look like: Week 1: You'll make 50+ cold calls. Half will hang up. Ten will be rude. Three will be interested. You'll log every single one in REsimpli with notes detailed enough that someone else could pick up the conversation six months from now. Week 2: You'll inherit a CRM with 200+ leads in various states of chaos. Some have been followed up with once. Some never. Your job is to clean it, categorize it, and create a follow-up system that doesn't rely on anyone remembering anything. Week 3: You'll start running your own follow-up sequences. You'll send emails and make calls that get ignored. You'll adjust your approach. You'll test different scripts. You'll track what works. Week 4: You'll post content to social media 2–3 times. It's not the priority, but if you can't write a coherent caption or schedule a post without hand-holding, this won't work. By Day 90, we'll measure you on: - CRM accuracy (zero stale leads, zero missing notes) - Cold call volume and conversion-to-conversation rate - Follow-up consistency (no lead goes dark because you forgot) - How often we have to ask you for updates (the answer should be never—you update us first) This job is hard if: **You need someone to tell you what to do every day **You hate cold calling or get discouraged after rejection **You treat "detail-oriented" as a resume word, not a behavior **You've never worked in a CRM and aren't willing to learn fast This job is great if: *** You're the person who color-codes their to-do list and actually likes it *** Rejection doesn't rattle you—you just call the next person *** You've ever thought "I could organize this better" and then actually did it *** You want long-term work, not a gig you'll quit in three months The setup: - Part-time to start. Probably 10–20 hours/week. If you're good, it grows to full-time. - You'll take a Culture Index assessment. Not a test you can fail, but it tells us if we're a match. If we're not, we'll both save time. - You'll work in REsimpli. If you've used it, great. If not, we'll expect you to be functional in it within a week. If you read this and thought "that sounds hard, but I can do it" — that's the person we built this for. Apply now.
