ROLE: ServiceNow Consultant 📌Location: Dusseldorf,Germany. ✅Duration: Permanent ✅Job Type: On-site ✅Joining Date: ASAP ✅Headcount: 3 ✅Experience: 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience with Proven track record leading CSM programs and experience delivering AI-enabled ServiceNow transformations. ✅Eligible Candidates: 1st : German ( Germany Nationals) 2nd : PR (Permant Resident Visa) or Work Permit No sponsorship, Nationals & PR preferred. ✅About the Role We are hiring for a senior ServiceNow Consultant to lead solution design and delivery across Customer Service Management (CSM) and AI-driven ServiceNow capabilities for a large enterprise transformation program in Germany. This role will drive platform architecture, AI strategy, and end-to-end implementation leveraging Now Assist, Agentic AI workflows, and enterprise integrations. ✅ Key Responsibilities • Lead architecture, design, and implementation on the ServiceNow platform with focus on CSM. • Establish AI strategy leveraging Now Assist, Agentic AI patterns, and Virtual Agent. • Design and implement AI use cases and agentic workflows within ServiceNow. • Configure and customize CSM modules including: o Case Management o Workflows o Knowledge Management o Omnichannel integrations • Design workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. • Develop and manage integrations between ServiceNow and third-party enterprise systems. • Ensure platform solutions follow security, governance, and compliance standards. • Lead development teams and mentor junior developers. • Engage stakeholders and drive architecture governance. ✅ Must-Have Skills • Expertise in ServiceNow CSM architecture & delivery • Experience with Now Assist & Agentic AI workflows • Strong ServiceNow platform development & design background
