We’re hiring an Affiliate Partner Marketing Manager to scale our affiliate ecosystem with one clear goal: generate high-quality inbound leads for our call centers and drive revenue growth. The Role. This role is focused specifically on affiliate partnerships, with a strong emphasis on operators who are experts in using both Everflow and TrackDesk to manage, scale, and optimize affiliate programs. You will own the full affiliate lifecycle: affiliate partner lead generation, pitching and closing affiliate deals, onboarding, activation, optimization, and performance tracking. Your success will be measured by qualified leads delivered to our call centers and revenue generated from affiliate channels. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to run affiliate programs end-to-end inside Everflow and TrackDesk—not just manage relationships. What You’ll Do. - Source, pitch, and close new affiliate partners that drive inbound leads to Smarterhome.ai call centers. - Build, scale, and optimize Everflow- and TrackDesk-powered affiliate programs focused on high-intent lead generation. - Own affiliate onboarding, tracking setup, offers, postbacks, and partner activation within Everflow and TrackDesk. - Create and manage affiliate offers, payouts, and incentives aligned with CPL / CPA models. - Collaborate closely with Call Center Operations, Growth, Sales, and RevOps to ensure lead quality and conversion alignment. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize affiliate performance across volume, lead quality, CPA, and revenue metrics. - Identify, recruit, and scale top-performing affiliates across relevant traffic sources and verticals. - Maintain clean tracking, attribution, reporting, and integrations across Everflow and TrackDesk. What We’re Looking For. - 3–6 years of experience in affiliate marketing or affiliate partner management. - Proven experience generating affiliate partner leads, pitching programs, and closing affiliate deals. - Hands-on, expert-level experience using both Everflow and TrackDesk to manage affiliates, tracking, offers, and reporting. - Demonstrated success driving call center or inbound sales leads through affiliate channels. - Strong understanding of affiliate economics, payout structures, attribution, and optimization levers. - Comfortable negotiating terms and managing performance-based partnerships. - Data-driven mindset with experience evaluating lead quality, conversion rates, and revenue performance. - Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. - Advanced experience with Everflow and TrackDesk integrations, postbacks, and automation. - Experience working with call center–driven revenue models. - Familiarity with lead-based affiliate structures (CPL, CPA, hybrid models). - Background in smart home, utilities, telecom, energy, or subscription services. How Success Is Measured. - Growth in qualified affiliate-generated leads to call centers. - Increased conversion rates and revenue from affiliate traffic. - Scalable, repeatable affiliate partnerships built and managed through Everflow and TrackDesk.
