Responsibilities
Role: Onshore full-stack engineering lead for client-facing and backend systems, delivering daytime client coverage, releases and production incident support, and collaboration with offshore teams to ensure stability, performance, and scalability. Hands-on across backend services, CMS (Strapi), APIs, and frontend apps (Node.js, TypeScript, React.js). Responsibilities include acting as primary onshore contact during US business hours, supporting incidents and releases, collaborating on deployments and hotfixes, designing scalable backend services, building React.js applications, leading Strapi CMS implementations, and debugging performance issues.
