Job Title: Sales Executive & Lead Generation Specialist - Remote Location: Remote, 24*7 rotational shift. Experience: Minimum 2 years in digital marketing and advertising (preferred). About the Role We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive & Lead Generation Specialist to join our remote team. You will be responsible for researching and generating quality leads, sending personalized emails, and making persuasive calls to clients. The role requires excellent convincing skills and experience handling USA customers. You must be fluent in English and comfortable working in either the Australian or USA shift. Key Responsibilities * Conduct market research and find new leads through LinkedIn and other sources. * Make outbound calls to prospects with strong convincing power to qualify and convert leads. * Send personalized email campaigns to engage potential clients. * Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for follow-ups and reporting. * Collaborate with sales and marketing to enhance outreach processes. * Prepare proposals and support closing deals. Requirements * Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing and advertising preferred. * Experience handling USA customers and extremely fluent in English. * Demonstrated ability to make persuasive sales calls. * Proficiency with LinkedIn, CRM, and email marketing tools. * Own reliable laptop or system, internet, and workspace. * Self-motivated and disciplined for remote work. Salary & Benefits Salary range: Rs 35,000 - 50,000 per month + incentives (depending on your last take-home salary).
