Requirements and responsibilities


We are looking for a Paid Media & Marketing Ops Specialist to manage all paid advertising and marketing infrastructure across two related businesses: a $6.5M+ property care company (Google Ads, Meta, Local Service Ads) and a growing B2B SaaS platform for field service businesses (LinkedIn Ads, Meta retargeting). This is a full-time, long-term engagement, not a one-off project. You will be the single owner of our paid media and marketing ops stack, reporting directly to the CEO. You will manage $200K+ in combined annual ad spend, build and maintain tracking and attribution systems, configure CRM automation (HubSpot and Zoho), and deliver weekly performance dashboards. Responsibilities: - Manage Google Ads (Search, LSA, PMax), Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads across both brands. - Set up and maintain tracking (GTM, UTM, conversion tracking) and attribution. - Configure HubSpot and Zoho marketing automation (workflows, lead scoring, sequences). - Build and deliver weekly reporting dashboards. - Manage retargeting audiences across platforms. - Coordinate with content, video, and sales team members. Requirements: - 3+ years managing paid media with $5K+/month budgets. - Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and ideally LinkedIn Ads. - Hands-on GTM, analytics, and dashboard experience. - CRM configuration experience (HubSpot preferred). - Strong English, written and verbal. - Daily use of AI tools for ad copy, research, and analysis. - Available during EST business hours (minimum 6 hours overlap). Compensation: - $2,500–$3,500 USD/month + quarterly performance bonuses. - Long-term ongoing engagement.
