Position Overview: As an Account Manager (E-commerce Logistics), you will act as the primary liaison between the company and existing client accounts. This role is critical for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining 100% inventory health, and driving long-term client retention. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring day-to-day satisfaction and operational excellence. Manage daily operations to ensure all orders are fulfilled by the Required Ship Date. Monitor fulfillment centers (Amazon FBA/FBM, etc.) to ensure they remain 100% stocked. Produce weekly client metric reports and create/update SOPs documenting all role tasks. Improve and execute existing processes to adapt quickly to changing client needs. Qualifications: Mandatory experience in e-commerce logistics and marketplace knowledge (Amazon FBA/FBM, Shopify, Walmart). Entrepreneurial mindset, energetic personality, and a reliable "problem-solver". Ability to work independently with minimal input while focusing on outcomes. Disciplined approach using data-backed decisions. Nice-to-Haves: Proficiency in Shiphero Warehouse Management Software. Previous experience in a client-facing role for a US-based e-commerce brand.
