Requirements and responsibilities


About the role We are seeking a high-energy appointment setter and sales support professional to help sell exhibitor booths for solar industry events and support the project management team. This role combines outbound communication, CRM management, and internal coordination. Key responsibilities * Reach out to vendors, sponsors, and industry partners to book sales calls. * Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales team. * Follow up with prospects via email, LinkedIn, and phone. * Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines. * Coordinate closely with the project management team to ensure exhibitor onboarding and logistics. * Assist with contracts, invoicing follow-ups, and documentation. Requirements * Extremely high attention to detail with the ability to track communications, responses, and report updates to senior managers at any time. * 2+ years of experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or sales support. * Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal. * Comfort with outbound outreach and follow-ups. * Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar. * Organized and persistent approach to work.
