The Role
We’re looking for a creative, organized Virtual Assistant to own our video editing and social media presence part-time. You’ll take raw video footage, edit it into polished content, write captions, manage our posting schedule, and keep everything organized. This is a great fit for someone who lives and breathes social media, has strong video editing chops, and can work independently with minimal direction.
What You’ll Do
- Edit raw video footage into short-form and long-form content for Instagram (Reels, Stories, feed posts), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Write engaging captions and copy for each post, tailored to each platform’s tone and format.
- Manage and maintain a content calendar — plan, schedule, and publish posts consistently.
- Organize all content assets (raw footage, edited videos, graphics, copy) in structured folders so nothing gets lost.
- Communicate with the team via Slack — provide updates, flag questions, and keep projects moving.
- Stay current on social media trends, audio, and formats — especially in the health and wellness space.
- Track basic performance metrics (views, engagement, growth) and share periodic updates.
- Repurpose longer content into clips, carousels, or other formats to maximize reach.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English (written and spoken) — professional-level required, especially for caption writing.
