Manage spec books and records in Studio Designer and Programa. Reconcile invoices and track budgets using Google Sheets/Excel. Partner with designers and PMs to align on timelines and budgets. Ensure flawless detail in material compatibility and financials. What you must bring to the table: 3+ years in procurement, purchasing, or operations, ideally in interior design, FF&E, or architecture. 2+ years of hands-on experience with Studio Designer (non-negotiable). Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for budget tracking. Stellar written and verbal English communication skills. A meticulous eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently in a remote setting with U.S. business hour availability. A great plus: Experience with luxury residential design projects. Familiarity with tools like Asana or Gather.
