This role is ideal for anyone eager to launch or grow their career in talent management and influencer marketing, gaining hands-on experience across operations, recruitment, brand outreach, client management, and business development.You will act as a central hub for the team: organizing data, managing pipelines, supporting client and talent communications, coordinating schedules and meetings, tracking key priorities, and contributing to the overall success of our talent roster and agency relationships. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy staying organized while juggling multiple priorities, and are passionate about the creator economy—this role is for you.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with sponsorships and deals, including contract negotiation and invoicingEnsure timely and accurate communication between clients, talent, brands, and internal teamsLiaise with Accounting to manage invoicing, payment tracking, and billing communicationsAssist with PR initiatives and inbound/outbound giftingManage calendars and schedule meetings for the Talent Agent and Account ManagerPrepare agendas, notes, and follow-ups for team meetingsPerform brand and agency outreach to strengthen partnerships and identify new opportunitiesSupport the execution of projects focused on agency growth, creator initiatives, and cross-team collaborationYour ProfileRecent graduates in PR, Marketing, Communications, Business, or relevant fields (internship experience is a plus!)Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailPassion for influencer marketing, social media, and the creator economyProactive, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple prioritiesStrong communication skills and a professional, positive attitudeA good eye for talent and understanding of what makes a creator stand outEager to build a long-term career in talent managementPerks!At Dulcedo, we break the mold by offering Unlimited Vacation.
