Role Overview: - We are seeking a Human Resources & Staffing Coordinator with hands-on experience in behavioral or mental health environments. - This role is critical in building and maintaining a high-performing clinical team, ensuring compliance, and supporting operational growth. - The ideal candidate understands the details of hiring and managing professionals such as RBTs, BCBAs, and BCaBAs, and thrives in a fast-paced, remote, mission-driven environment. - Analista de Conducta, Analisis de Compartamiento Aplicado, Analista de Comportamiento Certificado por la junta. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Staffing: - Source, screen, and coordinate interviews for clinical roles (RBTs, BCBAs, BCaBAs, therapists). - Manage full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to onboarding. - Develop pipelines of qualified behavioral health professionals. - Partner with leadership to forecast staffing needs and fill gaps proactively. Onboarding & Compliance: - Oversee onboarding process, including credential verification and background checks. - Ensure compliance with state regulations, licensing, and insurance requirements. - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. HR Operations: - Serve as a point of contact for employee relations and HR inquiries. - Support performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives. - Assist in developing HR policies and procedures tailored to behavioral health. Scheduling & Workforce Coordination: - Coordinate clinician schedules based on client needs and availability. - Optimize staffing allocations to ensure service coverage and efficiency. - Address last-minute staffing changes or coverage issues. Required Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience in HR, recruiting, or staffing coordination. - Direct experience in behavioral health, mental health, or ABA settings. Familiarity with roles such as: - Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). - Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). - Strong understanding of compliance, credentialing, and healthcare hiring standards. - Excellent communication and organizational skills. - Experience with HRIS, ATS platforms, or CRM systems. Preferred Qualifications: - Prior experience working in an ABA therapy provider or behavioral health organization. - Knowledge of insurance credentialing and Medicaid/healthcare compliance. - Experience with remote workforce management. - Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus.
