🎯 Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, analysis, and reporting. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that inform strategic decisions and drive business performance. This position is suited for a self-driven professional who identifies opportunities, proposes solutions, and executes with minimal supervision.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
* Financial planning and analysis: build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans; analyze trends and variances; prepare executive-level reports and presentations.
* Performance metrics: design, track, and interpret KPIs to assess financial health and operational efficiency; provide actionable recommendations.
* Financial modeling: develop and maintain models for pricing, investments, and scenario analysis aligned with business objectives.
* Cost analysis: optimize resource allocation; identify savings; track and control departmental expenses.
* Ad-hoc analysis: conduct market research, benchmarking, and special financial analyses as requested.
* Cross-functional collaboration: partner with finance, operations, sales, and marketing to ensure accurate and comprehensive reporting.
* Continuous improvement: advance FP&A maturity through best practices, automation, and scalable processes.
🎓 What You Bring
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
* Master’s degree, CFA, or CPA is a plus.
* 4–6 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in technology or cybersecurity.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Experience building dashboards and executive reporting frameworks.
