Requirements and responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Azure infrastructure design and deployment; drive cloud migration strategy (assessment, planning, runbooks, cutover, validation); act as migration lead across application and infrastructure teams; design and implement DevOps pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar tools; build scalable IaC solutions for repeatable and secure deployments; implement and enforce cloud security controls (IAM Entra ID, PIM; network security NSGs/Azure Firewall; Defender); establish governance frameworks including Azure Policy, management groups, subscriptions, tagging, cost optimization, and compliance.
