Responsibilities
In your day-to-day, you will 👇🏼
* Review and optimize current AWS-based processes (Lambdas, SQS).
* Design and implement a process that connects the PostgreSQL transactional database with the Neo4j graph database.
* Evaluate the performance of the current recommendation engine and propose improvements (e.g., changes in LLM models, alternative architectures).
* Define and validate hypotheses regarding the impact of playlist personalization on client profitability.
* Work closely with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure alignment between deliverables and strategic goals.
Skills you have 🚀
* 5+ years working on deep learning, AI-driven recommendation systems, and agentic products.
* Experience with transformer-based models, diffusion models, or hybrid generative systems.
* Skilled in PyTorch, TensorFlow, Neo4j, or JAX.
* Experience with LLMs, audio models, or training custom architectures.
* Strong alignment with core values: ownership, excellence, thirsty for growth.
Skills that will make you stand out 💥
* Familiarity with Hugging Face Transformers.
* Comfortable with music/audio datasets: MAESTRO, NSynth, FMA, etc.
* Experience with DSP, DAWs (Ableton Live, Reaper), or tools like Magenta, Librosa, Max/MSP.
