Responsibilities

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) located in McDonough, GA. The BCBA will design, implement, and oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment plans. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, analyzing behavior data, developing behavior intervention plans, providing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and collaborating with families to provide parent education. The BCBA will work closely with a team to ensure effective, evidence-based strategies are applied to achieve desired outcomes for clients. Qualifications: * Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). * Experience in Parent Education and implementing Behavior Management strategies. * Background knowledge in Psychology or a related field. * Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with families and team members. * Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required. * Experience working with individuals with developmental or behavioral challenges preferred. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. * Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field required.
