We value work–life balance and offer an environment designed to support long-term professional success.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle a broad range of insurance defense matters, including personal injury, construction, premises liability, and trucking casesManage cases independently while also collaborating effectively with team membersConduct regular court appearances, hearings, and depositionsCommunicate with clients and prepare monthly status reportsWork efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality work productMaintain an average of 180 billable/collected hours per month, unless otherwise approved by firm managementExperience & Requirements7+ years of insurance defense litigation experienceStrong analytical, written, and verbal advocacy skillsAbility to work autonomously with minimal supervisionLicensed and in good standing to practice law in the State of TexasDual licensure in Texas, Oklahoma or Arizona is a plusCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary: $160,000-200,000+ with bonus opportunitiesRemote work environment (with opportunity to work in office in some locations)Excellent Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life insurance coverage401(k) with employer matchingAdditional reimbursable expenses approved by firm managementGenerous paid vacation
