Kevin’s Natural Foods is seeking an experienced Account Manager to establish and lead our emerging food service channel form the ground up. You’ll develop market strategy, build key partnerships, and drive growth in this new business sector while managing a portfolio of national accounts.What You’ll Do:Identify perspective accounts for branded food service, C&U, Health, Corp DiningDesign and implement a Strategic Sales Plan outlining a methodical approach for calling on prospective accounts.Ability to identify and recruit key accountsNegotiate contracts, establish pricing and termsDevelop strategies for market penetration and competitive positioningAbility to travel and conduct sample cuttings and attend trade showsHire and manage broker networksWork both remotely and in the field doing ride-alongs with broker partners and food service sales reps. as neededOther duties as assigned or necessaryWhat You’ll Need:Minimum 5 years’ experience as a successful sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.Resourceful and driven with a proven track record of performance in a work environment with a high level of autonomy.Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to closeEstablish relationships with decision makers at food service management companiesPrior experience working within C&U, hospitality, healthcare, and corporate diningPrior experience working with food service broad line distributorsHealthy, Diverse Teams Breed Innovation:Kevin’s Natural Foods is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
