Requirements and responsibilities


Primary Objective: Generate new business opportunities by making outbound cold calls, sending targeted email campaigns, following up with leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesMake 100+ outbound cold calls per day to title companies, law firms, lenders, and real estate professionals.Send personalized email outreach campaigns to prospective clients.Follow up consistently with prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn.Schedule qualified appointments and product demonstrations.Maintain accurate notes and activities in CRM.Build and manage prospect lists.Re-engage dormant and former Skyline clients.Identify decision-makers and gather market intelligence.Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of cold-calling experience.Proven inside sales or business development experience.Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.Strong communication and objection-handling skills.Experience with CRM systems.Self-motivated and highly organized.B2B sales experience preferred.Title, mortgage, or real estate industry experience is a plus but not required.KPI Targets100+ outbound calls per day50+ outbound emails per day20+ conversations per day10 qualified appointments per week3-5 new activated accounts per monthCompensation Structure: Base Salary plus Commissions and bonus opportunities.
