Requirements and responsibilities


This role is to provide consulting services to one of the world’s largest active investment managers: a privately owned, long-established financial services organization with a global footprint, more than nine decades of experience, and over $3 trillion in assets under management. The organization serves individual investors, financial intermediaries, institutions, and retirement plans through research-driven investment products, risk management solutions, and advisory services. We are seeking a strategic and creative leader to drive adoption of enterprise transformation initiatives through a product and marketing mindset. Location: Remote within the United States for the initial engagement (~12 months), with an expected transition to Charlotte, NC for a longer-term opportunity, subject to mutual fit. Responsibilities: - Partner with senior leaders to define clear, compelling transformation narratives and value propositions - Translate strategic initiatives (AI, digital, new ways of working) into structured activation plans - Design internal go-to-market strategies, including audience segmentation, messaging, and engagement approach - Develop and execute campaign-based change programs that drive awareness, engagement, and sustained behavior change - Create high-impact experiences (workshops, events, leadership engagements) that make change tangible and actionable - Lead cross-functional teams (strategy, communications, design, program delivery) to deliver activation initiatives end-to-end - Translate strategy into concrete deliverables (campaigns, messaging, executive materials, engagement programs) - Define and track adoption, engagement, and behavior change metrics - Continuously refine approaches based on feedback and measurable outcomes Requirements: - Proven experience driving adoption for large-scale transformation initiatives - Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and measurable outcomes - Experience partnering with senior stakeholders in complex enterprise environments - Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and convert it into clear, actionable plans - Brings substantial professional experience, often developed in consulting, agency, product, or transformation environments, with a track record of operating in fast-paced or evolving settings
