This role is to provide consulting services to one of the world’s largest active investment managers: a privately owned, long-established financial services organization with a global footprint, more than nine decades of experience, and over $3 trillion in assets under management. The organization serves individual investors, financial intermediaries, institutions, and retirement plans through research-driven investment products, risk management solutions, and advisory services. In this environment, you will connect strategy, storytelling, experience design, and change activation to drive shifts in mindset and behaviors. You will partner directly with senior leaders to translate their most critical strategic priorities, including AI adoption, digital transformation, and workforce reinvention, into immersive experiences, campaigns, and activation programs that drive measurable behavioral change at scale. Key Responsibilities: Drive Impact Through Storytelling and Strategic Experiences: - Partner with senior leaders to shape strategic vision and craft compelling change narratives. - Convert strategic priorities (AI, data, product launches, new ways of working) into concrete behavioral shifts through well-designed change strategies. Treat Change Like a Product: - Design and deliver targeted, user-driven experiences that go beyond traditional communications. - Gather feedback continuously to improve adoption and refine the approach. - Lead fast, end-to-end execution at scale with a bias for outcomes over activity. Activate Through High-Impact Moments: - Make complex ideas clear, compelling, and actionable. - Design and facilitate immersive workshops, events, and campaigns that drive sustained engagement. Build and Scale the Model: - Lead agile, cross-functional teams to deliver results at pace. - Develop scalable activation models that empower others to carry the work forward. - Leverage AI and emerging tools to redefine how change work gets done. - Establish qualitative and quantitative measurement frameworks to track adoption and outcomes. - Connect enterprise strategy to execution across multiple concurrent programs. Qualifications: Experience: - 10+ years of experience across consulting, agency, or in-house roles in transformation, product strategy, delivery, or innovation. - Background in fast-paced or ambiguous environments such as startups, product teams, or enterprise transformation functions. - Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale initiatives and driving adoption at scale. - Experience designing campaigns, engagement strategies, or experiential programs is a strong plus. Core Competencies: - Ability to structure ambiguity into clear action and measurable outcomes, even under pressure. - Skill in translating strategic intent into clear, compelling narratives that resonate at all levels. - Proven ability to align cross-functional teams without relying on formal authority. - Experience inspiring and directing small, focused creative teams including marketers, designers, and project managers. X-Factor: Two or More of the Following Preferred: - Product management and/or product marketing. - Innovation, venture, or startup experience. - Journalism, marketing, communications, storytelling, or narrative craft. - UX, experience design, or human-centered design. - Technology strategy, business architecture, or AI literacy.
