Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the implementation of generative AI and ML strategies aligned with business objectives. Design, develop, and optimize advanced ML models, including generative models such as GPT, GANs, VAEs, and others. Lead data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering efforts to prepare high-quality datasets for modeling. Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into applications and platforms. Conduct research on emerging AI/ML technologies, frameworks, and best practices, and recommend adoption. Lead the evaluation and validation of AI/ML models, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and fairness. Mentor team members, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and best practices.
