Requirements and responsibilities

Responsibilities: Design and build organization-wide AI tooling onboarding system with auto-configuration and role-based recommendations; Develop infrastructure supporting automatic deployment/configuration of AI tooling with reliability and telemetry; Build custom internal applications and harnesses around AI agents integrating cross-functional teams; Implement AI usage dashboard for adoption, productivity, and health visibility; Evaluate, integrate, and configure third-party AI tools as needs evolve; Use AI coding agents daily to ship high-quality code and raise team standards; Clear async communication keeping stakeholders informed.Requirements: Demonstrated experience building and shipping real maintainable systems; Hands-on work with AI agents/LLM systems and frameworks like LangChain/LlamaIndex; Daily proven use of AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, etc.); Strong software engineering fundamentals across Python, TypeScript, and other stacks; Self-directed execution with proactive communication; Genuine hunger to explore frontier AI tooling.
