Requirements and responsibilities
We are hiring Senior Software Engineers (Backend) with strong experience in fintech companies.We are especially looking for candidates who have built scalable B2C products from scratch, preferably as a founding engineers or core members in mid-size fintech startups.The ideal candidate should have 5–8 years of experience and strong hands-on exposure to coding, system design, scalability, performance optimization, load balancing, fault tolerance, and roadmap ownership.Candidates should have experience working across at least two programming languages and a strong background in building high-scale distributed systems.Preference will be given to candidates from fintech startups and those with a B.Tech/BE degree from a top-tier college.This is a remote role.
