This role is responsible for achieving quarterly/annual fair count and market penetration goals.Your primary responsibility will be connecting with schools through strategic outbound calling, nurturing inbound leads via phone and email, and ultimately securing multiple seasons of scheduled book fair events. This sales-driven position centers on building meaningful relationships with educators and administrators who share our passion for student success.The ideal candidate brings genuine enthusiasm for promoting literacy in schools, coupled with a strong background in sales and territory management abilities, and exceptional motivation. We're looking for someone with a collaborative mindset and an upbeat, engaging personality who thrives in a goal-oriented environment.This role may have opportunities to represent Literati Book Fairs at trade shows and conferences, sharing our story and expanding our reach within the education community. Success in this role means consistently achieving monthly, seasonal, and annual targets while strategically scheduling events to maximize impact.
