We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead to drive our Databricks migration and modernize our clinical & genomic data pipelines.The Impact You’ll Make:Unify siloed R&D, Clinical Trial, and Real-World Evidence (RWE) data.Build highly scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Apache Spark & Delta Lake.Implement Unity Catalog and ensure strict compliance with HIPAA/GxP standards.Mentor a team of brilliant engineers while collaborating directly with Bioinformaticians and Data Scientists.What You Bring to the Table:15+ years in Data Engineering with 3+ years hands-on Databricks (Spark, MLflow, SQL).Deep understanding of Pharma/Life Sciences data domains (Clinical, Genomic, or Claims data).Expertise in Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).Proven track record of leading technical delivery in a remote-first environment.Fully remote role (PST/MST preferred) reporting into our San Francisco hub.
