Dispatch is hiring a Senior Product Designer to tackle a difficult design challenge: turning complex, data-heavy financial workflows into experiences that feel clear and usable.You'll own work end-to-end — from discovery and research to interaction design, prototypes, design systems and what ultimately ships.They're looking for 5+ years in Product Design/UX, with experience designing complex workflow tools or data-dense products.
