Requirements and responsibilities

Design & Motion: Create high-converting static ads, social posts, motion graphics, reels, and short-form videos.Video Editing: Edit videos, add transitions, subtitles, sound effects, and branded elements.AI Integration: Leverage AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, etc.) to generate concept art, assets, and backgrounds.Brand Consistency: Maintain visual identity across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Meta).🛠 Required Skills & QualificationsExperience: 2–3 years in graphic design/motion graphics (Agency, healthcare, beauty, or retail experience is a major plus!).Software: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).AI Tools: Hands-on experience with Midjourney, Firefly, Runway, Kling, or similar.Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating static designs, motion graphics, and AI-assisted creatives.Setup: Must have your own high-performance computer, stable internet, and licensed design software.💼 Work Conditions🌍 Location: 100% Remote (Full-Time or Part-Time options).🕒 Schedule: Fixed working hours with daily updates on our PM platforms.
