Responsibilities

We are seeking a PMO Analyst / Technology Coordinator to support project governance, reporting, resource coordination, and operational excellence within a Technology & Cybersecurity Engineering environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport delivery governance, project tracking, and reporting.Coordinate meetings, maintain action logs, and manage project documentation.Assist with recruitment requests, onboarding, and resource tracking.Support financial submissions, dashboards, presentations, and management reporting.Monitor timesheet compliance across programmes and capabilities.Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and stakeholders.Required SkillsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.Advanced Excel VBA/Macro development expertise.Good understanding of SDLC, Agile, and DevOps practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with Confluence, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.Ability to create professional presentations, reports, and process documentation.Note: Preferred immediate joiners or someone who can join us within 15 days📩 DM now or reach out to me directly to learn more!🔗 [kaparekh@teksystems.com]
