Requirements and responsibilities

• Support product, marketing and customer support systems and third party integrations with various technology systems used by our different teams • Research, plan, and drive integration projects, as well as make yourself available as the product expert to internal teams • Draft requirements, architecture diagrams, specifications and documentation for integration projects to guide the development teams during the implementation phase • Research, design and propose automation efficiencies across the company • Originate, collect, and synthesize product ideas from across the organization • Define and prioritize user stories and run the product development process across internal and external development teams - keeping projects on time, in budget and within scope. • Define, measure, and communicate success metrics for each initiative to company executives and relevant stakeholders. • Play an active role in shaping Life360 product culture by contributing to an environment with openness, trust, and support by leading through example. Embody a positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals. • Multi-task competing priorities and projects with grace under pressure and a bias towards action.
