Requirements and responsibilities
We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to design, build, and optimize backend systems and intelligent agents that power our multi-service platform. You will work on high-performance APIs, asynchronous processing with Celery, AI-driven agents using LangChain, and integrations with our Node.js and Angular-based ecosystem. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, architectural thinking, and hands-on experience with modern Python frameworks and cloud environments.
Requirements
* Strong communication skills in ENGLISH and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, remote teams. MUST.
* 8+ years of professional experience in backend development with Python. MUST.
* Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and ORM tools (SQLAlchemy). MUST.
* Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs with FastAPI or similar frameworks (Flask, Django). MUST.
* Proficiency in Git and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines, or similar). MUST.
* Experience with AWS Services, Lambdas, SQS, S3, and CloudWatch. MUST.
* Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and task queues using Celery or RabbitMQ.
* Familiarity with AI model integration (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face).
* Strong experience with Python testing frameworks (pytest, unittest).
* Excellent debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.
