🔵 Requirements:
◽ At least five years of proven experience as a quality assurance engineer or in a similar role.
◽ Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
◽ Experience in designing and implementing effective test strategies and test plans.
◽ Proficiency in test automation using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
◽ Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
◽ Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.
◽ Excellent problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
◽ Strong communication and collaboration skills within cross-functional teams.
◽ Ability to analyze complex software systems for potential issues.
◽ Familiarity with testing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
◽ Experience with performance testing tools and methodologies.
◽ Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases and their testing strategies.
◽ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
🔵 Responsibilities:
◽ Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases.
◽ Collaborate closely with software engineers to implement testability features during the development process.
◽ Create and maintain test data to simulate real-world scenarios and user interactions.
◽ Conduct thorough performance testing to assess system scalability and responsiveness.
◽ Participate in the design and implementation of quality assurance metrics to measure the effectiveness of testing efforts.
◽ Contribute to the development and maintenance of continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated testing.
◽ Identify, document, and track software defects to resolution.
◽ Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to testing processes and procedures.
◽ Collaborate in cross-functional teams to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle.

◽ We regularly update our salary and equity ranges using reliable industry compensation surveys. New hire offers consider factors like experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
→ US employees in the New York City or San Francisco Bay Area: $80,000 - $105,000/year.
→ US employees outside these areas: $70,000 - $90,000/year.
