Monday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST. Tuesday–Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST. Days Off: Friday & Saturday. Shift 2: Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM EST. You will ensure smooth operations by monitoring drivers and vehicles in real time, coordinating schedules, and providing support to both clients and chauffeurs. This role requires strong multitasking, excellent communication in English, and comfort in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: * Monitor and track drivers and vehicles using multiple dispatch and tracking software systems. * Coordinate schedules and assignments to ensure on-time performance and efficiency. * Provide prompt and professional support to clients and chauffeurs via phone, email, and chat. * Resolve operational issues quickly, escalating when necessary to maintain service quality. * Maintain accurate records of schedules, assignments, and service updates. * Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure operational alignment. Qualifications: * Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal). * Strong technical and multitasking skills, with comfort using multiple platforms simultaneously. * Experience in fast-paced, high-pressure operational environments. * Ability to work independently with high attention to detail. * Comfortable using dual monitors (23″ minimum recommended). * Prior experience with dispatch or real-time operations software (preferred). Nice-to-Haves: * Previous experience as a dispatcher or in transportation/logistics operations. * Familiarity with GPS tracking and scheduling systems.
