Salary Range: 2000 to 3500 USD
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support a high-volume, transaction-heavy accounting function. Reporting to the Controller this person will play a key role in reconciliations, financial analysis, and maintaining clean books. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings strong problem-solving skills, and can work independently without constant oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Post and manage journal entries, ensuring general ledger integrity.
Reconcile high volumes of transactions (10K–12K/month) across multiple formats (one-to-one, batch, and unmatched entries).
Investigate discrepancies and deliver clear, actionable analysis.
Prepare month-end close documentation and audit support packages.
Manage accounts payable and receivable workflows.
Support payroll processing through journal entries and cross-team coordination.
Assist with invoice generation and billing reviews.
Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance reports, to support leadership decision-making and ensure financial transparency.
Partner with leadership to maintain financial clarity and transparency.
Qualifications:
Solid foundation in accounting principles (debits, credits, reconciliations).
High proficiency in Excel with ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-starter who can work independently and troubleshoot effectively.
Prior experience in high-volume, detail-heavy environments.
Nice-to-Haves:
Familiarity with U.S. GAAP.
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar).
Exposure to audit preparation and working with external auditors.
