We want someone to take over and be the "glue” that integrates our people, processes, and priorities. We've reached the point in our journey where we need to pass ownership of operations over to an integrator. Operational excellence is a core principle for us. There are plenty of moving parts that need to be perfectly matched and delivered efficiently and on time. Your day-to-day tasks will vary widely and require you to be flexible, proactive, and strategic. ✅ Requirements: - Have good knowledge, or at least understand the features, of Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, and Screaming Frog. - Have a negotiation mindset to follow the blogger on Twitter, ping someone on LinkedIn, or even call for a link when you are near closing a deal. - Strong knowledge of Excel, google sheets, Moz, Pitchbox, Ahrefs, Ninja Outreach, Mailshake, and/or Scrapebox to upgrade and create actual automation programs. - Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. - Ability to adapt to a very dynamic SEO environment This position is for someone who has experience in backlinking and outreach, but doesn't know how to do everything yet (but knows they can figure it out). We want to grow and support you in a role much more significant than you are in right now. Responsibilities: - You'll be working alongside the Account Managers and Onboarding Manager. You'll be responsible for executing the company vision and coaching team members to be their best. To make this happen, you will need to be able to train our teams, develop and maintain day-to-day operations, be obsessed with organizational clarity, and ensure that our Link building department and the system are working cohesively. - This job is results-oriented. You will be responsible for working in sprints and achieving goals. When and where you choose to work is entirely up to you, as long as you have a good internet connection and send EOD reports to the CEO and Operations Manager. You MUST use the company's time-tracking software, so we can pay you based on the productive hours spent.
