Requirements and responsibilities

Key Activities * Phase 1: Process Review and Optimization * Conduct a comprehensive review of existing fraud operations processes. * Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and potential improvement areas. * Develop detailed recommendations for process streamlining. * Create a high-level plan for process improvement. * Develop metrics and KPI tracking mechanisms. * Phase 2: Project Rollout and Implementation * Client + this resource will develop an implementation roadmap based on expected benefit/impact of identified opportunities in phase 1. * Develop a detailed implementation plan for each identified opportunity. * Phase 3: Education, Training, and Talent Management * Assess current training programs and identify knowledge gaps. * Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum. * Conduct a skills gap analysis. * Develop talent development strategies. * Design performance evaluation criteria specific to fraud analytics and operations.
