Our greatest strength (or Z-Factor, as we call it) is our people – ignite your career with Zeus and help us make a difference in the safety and security of communities across the nation.Role OverviewThe Salesforce Admin will work under limited supervision, provide support and administration for the business areas systems and applications, specifically Salesforce. This position will be responsible for day-to-day oversight of Salesforce with responsibilities to include, but not limited to, configuring Salesforce to business requirements, providing best practice recommendations and implementing functionality for a range of internal projects. IT will lead projects and establish requirements to meet the information and process needs of the organization. Act as liaison to the business areas and systems users. Leads project teams for special projects within the business area and oversees with business process improvements. Resolves or recommends solutions to SharePoint and Salesforce-related requests and issues received from the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Salesforce projects impacting business units, including requirements gathering, end-user training, and presentations.Coordinate and manage Salesforce patches, fixes, and upgrades through Development, QA, and Production.Configure and customize Salesforce to meet business requirements; provide best-practice recommendations.Support Marketing in campaign setup, reporting, lead management, and Pardot integration.Partner with the ERP team during rollout, assisting with requirements, testing, and business adoption.Contribute to building technology roadmaps (Salesforce, ERP, Marketing) aligned with business goals.Maintain user access, permissions, and data quality across the organization.Triage production issues, release bug fixes, and oversee daily operational tasks.Consult with business leadership to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.Implement new Salesforce instances across brands and integrate with other enterprise systems.May hire, train, and mentor associates or interns.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience as a Salesforce AdministratorMinimum of 1 year of experience with Field Service LightningMinimum of 3 years of developing Salesforce, 2+ years building Flow automations at scale; comfortable refactoring Workflow/Process Builder to Flow.Minimum of 3 years of Experience as an Administrator in the Salesforce ecosystem, including the Sales cloud and Pardot(or any other Marketing Toolkits: HubSpot/Marketing Cloud)Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Service Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is idealProven experience with integrations (ERP, CPQ, marketing, or support tools): designing field maps, external IDs, error handling, and UAT.Excellent stakeholder management: can self-manage priorities and communicate trade-offs crisply.Work RequirementsThe position is considered sedentary and requires extended periods of telephone and PC exposure.EEOC StatementZeus Fire and Security provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
